Sushi Saito was awarded three stars for ten consecutive years by the Michelin Guide in its 2010 through 2019 editions. Though ineligible for listing after becoming members-only, it continues to be widely hailed as Japan’s hardest-to-book sushi restaurant. In 1995, co-founded INTENTIONALLIES. In 1999, he established GENERAL DESIGN CO., LTD., where he serves as principal. His notable projects include Shimokitazawa reload, BIOTOP SAPPORO, and NEIGHBORHOOD HARAJUKU.For TRUNK(HOTEL) SAPPORO, Ohori is responsible for the interior design throughout the hotel.
