Sushi Saito was awarded three stars for ten consecutive years by the Tokyo Michelin Guide in its 2010 through 2019 editions. Though ineligible for listing after becoming members-only, it continues to be widely hailed as Japan’s hardest-to-book sushi restaurant. With his assured craft and uncompromising pursuit of excellence in every piece of sushi, owner Takashi Saito stands at the forefront of Japan’s sushi culture.

In 1995, co-founded INTENTIONALLIES. In 1999, he established GENERAL DESIGN CO., LTD., where he serves as principal. His notable projects include Shimokitazawa reload, BIOTOP SAPPORO, and NEIGHBORHOOD HARAJUKU.For TRUNK(HOTEL) SAPPORO, Ohori is responsible for the interior design throughout the hotel.
